Putting Pen to Paper

I am considered what the vast majority of people might call an inveterate fountain pen user, and as with anything a person has a passion for, you need the correct tools to optimise your experience.

My thought process very often overtakes my fluency when writing, and that is why I choose a fountain pen as my ultimate writing instrument, because I am effectively forced to write at a slower pace, giving me the time to concentrate on bringing the words to life on a page.

The "Walnut and Brass ink blotter" that I purchased from Richard at irishpens.ie enhances my enjoyment of the final script. No ink stains, no mess, and certainly no fuss.

The blotter is a generous but comfortable weight, coupled with both ease of use and elegance on any desk. I would highly recommend it.

The customer service offered by Irish Pens was second to none, I have experienced to date. When all is said and done that is the biggest accolade I can offer.

Fountain pen users can be a fussy community in my humble opinion. They say want they mean, and mean what they say.
